摘要
针对传统直接转矩控制用于矿井提升机存在开关频率不固定,转矩和磁链脉动较大等不足的问题,研究了一种基于新型磁链观测器的空间矢量调制直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)方案。采用SVM单元和PI调节器,代替传统的DTC控制系统中的开关表和滞环比较器。设计了一种适用于该方案的磁链观测器,该观测器基于锁相环原理,能够实现旋转坐标系下磁链直接观测,避免了常规低通滤波器观测磁链带来的积分饱和与相位延迟的问题。该控制系统经仿真结果表明,验证了所提出方案的有效性和可行性。
The conventional direct torque control has the shortages of unfixed switching frequency and high flux and torque ripple. To improve such weakness, adopts space vector modulation direct torque control strategy (SVM- DTC) based on a new flux observer. The control system introduces SVM unit and PI adjusters instead of switching table and hysteresis comparators and improves the torque and current waveform. A new flux observer based on phase lock loop is presented which can observe flux directly under rotating coordinate system and eliminate the delay of the phase and the saturation caused by traditional low pass filter observer. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
