摘要
为提高高压配电装置运行的可靠性,设计了由传感器环节,监测分站以及监控中心等3部分组成的实时运行状态监测系统。其传感器环节实现特征量的提取,监测分站下位机以TMS320F2812型DSP为核心完成对配电装置各个特征量的采集、预处理,通过RS-485总线将数据送至工控机,工控机软件采用LabVIEW开发,主要完成对测量数据的分析、处理与显示。监测中心使用以太网传输信息,采用SQLserver数据库以实现本系统的监测数据和预警信息的存储。该系统经现场安装测试表明,能实时地反映真空断路器运行状态,并实现了部分故障预警的功能。
In order is being developed, to improve the reliability of high voltage distribution equipment, an on-line monitoring system which consists of sensors, monitoring sub-station and monitoring center. The sensors part extracts features. The monitoring sub-station lower machine completes the collection and pre-process of each distribution equipment feature taking TMS320F2812DSP as the core. The data is transmitted to industrial computer through RS-485. The software is developed by LabVIEW, mainly completes the analysis, process and display of measurement data. The monitoring center transmits information by Ethernet. The monitoring data and pre-alarm information are stored by SQLserver data base. By installation and test on site, the system can reflect the operation situation of vacuum circuit breaker and partly realize the function of fault pre-alarm.
