摘要 煤矿采区运输平巷运煤系统带式输送机运煤量较大或溜煤眼开口较小时,会出现溜煤眼满眼现象,造成输送机机头淤煤引起机电事故。在分析张集煤矿现有溜煤眼情况的基础上,设计了煤位自动报警装置。该装置的应用减少了满眼带来的危害,提高了运煤系统操作的可靠性,保障了矿井的安全生产。 When the transport volume of the belt conveyor is larger or the section coal bin opening is smaller, the chute is always fully packed. When the head of belt conveyor silted up, may lead to mechanical and electrical accidents. By analysis of section coal bin situation in Zhangji Coal Mine, the automatic alarm device is designed. The application of the device will reduce the damage caused by the packed chute, and improve the operation reliability of coal handling system. The safety production of coal mine can be ensured.
