高职院校企业文化教学改革探析

On the Teaching Reform of Enterprise Culture in Higher Vocational College

在大力推进"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的职业教育中,企业文化课程是培养学生综合素质适应企业人才需要的素质课程,开展企业文化教学改革意义重大。改革不只是某个方面的单独改进,而是根据企业的人才标准从课程的教学目标、教学内容和教学方法进行整体的创新,打破原先的格局构建新的教学体系,有新的教学目标、新的教学内容和新的教学方法以促进学生综合素质的养成,提高教学质量。

In the vocational education which is vigorously pushing forward talents cultivation pattern： ＂Coop-eration between college and enterprise, combination of work and study＂, the course of enterprise culture is one which fosters students＇ comprehensive quality to meet the enterprises＇ need for talents. Therefore, devel- oping the teaching reform in enterprise culture course is of great significance. The reform not noly means improvement in one aspect, but means integrative innovation from the course teaching goals, contents and methods according to the enterprise talents standard, which breaks original teaching arrangements and setsup new teaching system, new teaching objectives, new teaching contents and new teaching methods so as to help students to acquire comprehensive quality and improve the teaching quality.
