高校二级学院资料室的现代化建设

高校二级学院资料室现代化建设是提升服务功能的必然要求,是完善馆藏建设的有力保障,是促进资料室和图书馆一体化建设的前提。文章针对资料室管理方法较原始,流通管理等软硬件设施落后、资料室工作人员素质较低等现状,提出资料室现代化建设应着重做好文献工作标准化、完善软硬件设施、提高资料室工作人员素质等工作。

The modernization of school reference rooms in universities is the requirement of upgrading their service as well as the powerful guarantee of perfecting their collection. It can promote the integrative con- struction of libraries and reference rooms. In view of poor management method, outdated hardware and soft- ware facilities, and the staff＇s low quality, the paper proposes the standardization of literature, perfection of facilities, and improvement of the quality of library staff in the construction of the reference rooms.
