摘要 当前准葛尔2号烟煤(设计煤种)供应紧张,为了缓解煤源问题,某电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界机组决定掺烧霍林河褐煤。通过神华煤与霍林河褐煤的不同掺烧比例试验,研究不同掺烧比例对锅炉效率和机组最大出力的影响。燃烧优化试验表明:额定负荷下,当烟气中含氧量在3.22%时,锅炉效率最高。空气分级燃烧试验表明:考虑锅炉效率和NOx排放浓度,神华煤掺烧30%霍林河褐煤的额定负荷下,燃尽风挡板开度应为-10%,并对掺烧褐煤存在的问题进行分析,给出具体建议和措施。通过合理混配、掺烧和燃烧优化调整,极大地缓解了因掺烧褐煤引起的经济性问题。 Currently, Zhungeer 2 bituminous coal (the design coal) supplies are in shortage. To alleviate the problem, the power plant decides to burn with Huolinhe lignite. Through the different proportion test of Shenhua coal with the hgnite, the influence of the unit maximum output and boiler efficiency is studied. Combustion optimizing test shows that the rated load, when the oxygenation of flue gas is 3.22%, boiler efficiency is the highest. Air burning experiment shows that: Considering the boiler efficiency and NO, e- mission concentrations, burning Shenhua coal with Huolinhe lignite under the rated load, the wind flap open degree should be - 10%. Through the reasonable blending, mixed burning and burning adjustment, it greatly alleviates the economic problems caused by burn- ing with lignite.
