摘要
研究造纸污泥资源化利用,分析偶联剂对玻璃纤维布增强造纸脱墨污泥纤维板物理性能的影响.结果表明,随着偶联剂的加入,纤维板的各项性能均有明显提高,但偶联剂的加入量超过1.0%后,纤维板性能的改善不再显著.红外光谱分析发现,偶联剂改善玻璃纤维表面极性,使得玻璃纤维与酚醛树脂胶产生共价连接.扫描电镜观察发现,偶联剂能增加玻璃纤维表面粗糙度,由于酚醛树脂对玻璃纤维表面是润湿的,改善了玻璃纤维表面的润湿性,有利于胶合.
Sludge resource utilization was studied. The influence of coupling agent on mechanical performance of paper deinking sludge fiberboard was investigated. The results show that The performances increase with the increase of the coupling agent but are not significant when the increase is more than 1.0%. The coupling agent can improve fiberglass surface polarity by FT-IR and create covalent bond between fiberglass and PF. The coupling agent can improve the coarseness of the fiberglass surface because fiberglass surface can be wetted by PF, and it can also improve the wettability of fiberglass surface. It is good for bonding.
