护士长核心能力与其培训需求的相关性 被引量:7

A Correlative Study of Head Nurses' Core Competency and Training Needs

摘要 目的探索护士长核心能力与其培训需求之间的关系,以期为护士长培训提供参考。方法 2011年1-12月,便利抽样法抽取江西省14所医院的234名护士长作为研究对象,并采用自制的人口学资料问卷和护士长核心能力和培训需求量表对其进行调查。结果护士长核心能力条目均分为(3.79±0.78)分;护士长对当前岗位需求条目均分为(4.55±0.59)分、对个人发展需求条目均分为(4.52±0.73)分;核心能力与培训需求对当前岗位相关系数为0.216,与个人发展相关系数为0.562。结论护士长核心能力偏低,培训需求较高,护士长核心能力与培训需求总分呈正相关,应综合考虑组织的需要、护士长自身能力和个人发展,进行有针对性的护士长培训。 Objective To explore the relation between head nurses' core competency and the training needs so as to provide a reference for head nurses' training plan. Methods From January to December 2011,258 head nurses from 14 hospitals were conveniently sampled and investigated by a self-designed demographic data questionnaire and the scale for head nurses' core competency and training needs. Results The items' average score of the head nurses' core competency,the training needs for the job of the head nurses and training needs for personal development were 3.79±0.78,4.55±0.59 and 4.52±0.73, respectively. The correlation coefficients between head nurses' competency and training needs for the job and head nurses' competency and the training needs for personal development were 0. 216 and 0. 562 respectively. Conclusion Head nurses' core competency is lower,and the training needs remain high. There is a positive correlation between them. Head nurses'training needs analysis should be integrated into the organization' s needs, nurses' ability and personal development, targeted training.
