产纤溶酶菌株粪肠球菌EF608液体发酵工艺优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 以本实验室筛选到产纤溶酶的粪肠球菌EF608为发酵菌株,通过研究得到该菌株产纤溶酶的最佳工艺条件为:葡萄糖2%,蛋白胨0.75%,牛肉膏0.75%,酵母提取物0.5%,K2HPO4·3H2O1%,NaCl0.2%,MgSO4·7H2O0.02%,初始pH7.5,接种量为6%,装液量为15%,37℃培养10h,发酵液纤溶酶活性达到1833IU/mL。 The optimum fermentation conditions for the fibrinolysin from Enterococcus faecalis EF608 were investigated.The results showed that the optimal fermentation condition were as the following:2% glucose,0.75% peptone,0.75% beef extract,0.5% yeast extract,1% K2HPO4·3H2O,0.2% NaCl,0.02% MgSO4·7H2O,initial pH7.5,temperature 37℃,15% of medium volume and 6% of inoculums,incubation time for 10h.Under these conditions,the fibrinolytic enzyme activity of the fermented broth have reached 1833IU/mL.
