皮状丝孢酵母菌发酵菊粉产油脂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 因皮状丝孢酵母是一株高产油脂酵母,对皮状丝孢酵母发酵菊粉产油脂进行了研究。考察了盐酸水解、菊粉酶水解及菊粉酶添加量对皮状丝孢酵母发酵菊粉产油脂的影响,实验结果表明:酶解菊粉的方法优于酸解,当菊粉酶添加量为80U/50mL发酵液时,皮状丝孢酵母生物量和油脂含量最高,分别达到13.49g/L和5.26g/L,油脂得率达到39%。皮状丝孢酵母发酵菊粉产的油脂中脂肪酸成分以含16和18个碳原子的长链脂肪酸为主,其中80.5%以上是C16:0、C18:1和C18:2,尤其是C18:1(53.1%)。因此,皮状丝孢酵母发酵菊粉生产的油脂可作制备生物柴油的替代原料。 Trichosporon cutaneum which could produce high oil content,was often used for the production of single cell oil.Microbial oil production from hydrolysates of inulin by T.cutaneum was studied.The effects of acid hydrolysis,enzymatic hydrolysis and inulinase content of the fermentation media on oil production from hydrolysates of inulin by T.cutaneum were investigated.The results showed that enzymatic hydrolysis was better than acid hydrolysis,the maximum cell dry weight of 13.49g/L and lipids content of 5.26g/L was obtained when the enzymatic hydrolysis with inulinase(80U/50ml fermentation medium)was used.The lipid productivity reached 39%.The lipids from T.cutaneum contain mainly long-chain fatty acids with 16 and 18 carbon atoms.Over 80.5% of the fatty acids were C16:0,C18:1 and C18:2,especially C18:1(53.1%).Therefore,the results showed that the lipid from inulin by T.cutaneum could be an alternative feedstock for biodiesel production.
