摘要
以介孔二氧化硅为载体,α-生育酚为负载物,研究了超临界二氧化碳注入法制备α-生育酚/介孔二氧化硅复合物的工艺,分析和表征了复合物的结构,考察了注入压力、温度和时间对α-生育酚负载量的影响。结果表明:当注入时间一定时,α-生育酚的负载量随温度和压力的升高先增加后减少;当温度为35℃,压力为18MPa,注入时间为1h时,α-生育酚的负载量达到76.14%。
The mesoporous silica loaded with α-tocopherol was prepared using supercritical carbon dioxide impregnation technology.The complex of α-tocopherol and mesoporous silica was characterized.The effect of pressure,temperature and reaction time on α-tocopherol loading was studied.The results showed that α-tocopherol loading increased first and then decreased with increasing pressure and temperature at the constant of reaction time.The α-tocopherol loading reached 76.14% under the conditions of 35℃,18MPa and reaction time of 1h.
