摘要
食品标签作为食品综合信息的承载体,在食品安全监管中正在成为越来越重要的风险源,尤其是发达国家,食品标签问题表现出明显增加的态势。文章通过欧盟食品标签问题的数据统计,以及针对中国食品标签问题的通报,分析了食品标签问题的风险特征、标签法规及其最新进展。研究表明,欧盟对食品标签的监管在不断加强,特别是预防致敏原的标注、转基因产品的标识等采取了严格审慎、动态调整的监管策略。显然,食品标签问题将会成为日常监管的主要对象,对标签问题的风险控制,也是食品安全面对的首要任务之一。
As a carrier of food comprehensive information,food labeling has become an important source of risk.Especially in developed countries,the number of food labeling problems increase significantly.This essay analyzed the risk characteristics of food labeling,labeling regulations and latest progress by analyzing the data of Europe and notifications concerning China.The studies showed the management of food labeling was stricter and stricter.Especially for allergens labeling and GMO identification.Europe has taken dynamic and cautious strategies.Obviously,food labeling problems will become a main target of daily supervision.The risk control of food labeling problems will be one of the priorities for food safety control.
