On the Driving Role of "Sunny Action" for the Innovation of Social Management

加强和创新社会管理是建立健全中国特色社会主义社会管理体系的重要内容,公安机关作为社会管理的重要力量,理应在加强和创新社会管理中率先行动、勇于探索,总结出可供全社会参考的经验和做法,为促进社会和谐稳定作出重要贡献。我省公安机关开展的"阳光行动"是顺应时代潮流的鲜活机制,是加强公安机关自身建设的催化剂,必将对创新社会管理起到积极的促进作用。

The strengthening and innovation of social management are the main content of building and perfecting the management system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the important power of social management, police organs should be the first to ex- plore bravely and summarize the referable experience and ways which could be used by the whole society and do the great contributions in promoting social stability and harmony. ＂Sunny Action＂ performed by our provincial police organs is the lively mechanism which keeps up with the trend of the times, is the catalyst for strengthening police organs＇ self - construction, which will inevitably play a posi- tive driving role in innovating social management.
