The develop- ment of ＂Sunny Action＂ enhances the sense of security and the satisfaction degree from broad masses of the people and promotes the public credibility to the police＇ s law enforcement. The further development of ＂Sunny Action＂ needs the support from social environ- ment, further policing assurance, the permanent assuring mechanism for ＂Sunny Action＂ and the combination of ＂Sunny Action＂ and police cultural construction.
