右美托咪定在ICU病房的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定在ICU病房中的适宜使用剂量与安全性评估。方法选取我中心ICU病房2012年1月~2012年3月使用右美托咪定镇静治疗患者30例,随机平均分为A、B两组,A组给予负荷剂量1μg/(kg.h)右美托咪定持续静注脉泵15min后随即给予维持量0.2~0.7μg/(kg.h);B组直接给予右美托咪定维持量0.2~0.7μg/(kg.h)静脉泵注。结果 A组患者的心率、血压、呼吸频率变化较大;B组患者的心率、血压、呼吸频率趋于正常;两组患者的血氧饱和度均未出现明显变化。结论右美托咪定对呼吸无明显抑制作用,对血氧饱和度基本无影响,在临床上可推广使用。
