社会组织参与社会管理创新的有益探索——山东省滨州市实施“法律顾问全覆盖工程”的启示

Society Organizations to Participate in A Useful Exploration of the Social Management Innovation—— Binzhou City,Shandong Province,the “legal adviser to the exploration and revelation of the full coverage of the project”

2011年2月,胡锦涛在省部级主要领导干部社会管理及其创新专题研讨班上做了重要讲话,确定了社会组织在社会管理创新中的重要地位。山东省滨州市积极创新社会管理模式,在全省创新性地率先实施了"法律顾问全覆盖工程",为社会组织参与社会管理创新搭建了新平台。为更好地发挥社会组织在社会管理创新中的积极作用,我们在总结经验的基础上得出一些有益的启示。

In February 2011,Hu Jintao at the provincial and ministerial level leading cadres of social management and its innovative Seminar of an important speech to determine the important position of the social organizations in the social management innovation.Binzhou City,Shandong Province,the active and innovative community management model,an innovative way in the province took the lead in implementation of the ＂legal adviser full coverage of engineering and innovation to build a new platform for social organizations to participate in social management.In order to better play the positive role of the social organizations in the social management innovation,on the basis of past experience to draw some useful lessons.
