摘要
采用部分醇解PVA、聚丙烯酸酯类化学浆料的混合浆对磁性丙纶进行上浆,并研究不同配比的混合浆对磁性丙纶上浆性能的影响。结果表明,当选择PVA90%、聚丙烯酸酯10%、含固率为8%的配比时,磁性丙纶的增强率、增磨率及减伸率为最优。
In this paper, sizing practice of magnetic polypropylene was done with partial alcoholysis PVA and polyacrylate mixed size, the effects of different mixed size proportion on sizing performance of magnetic polypropylene were studied. The results showed that: if PVA 90%, polyacrylate 10%, solid content ratio 8% was used,the magnetic polypropylene had best improved strength, resistance abrasion adhesion and reduced stretch.
