大学职能的不断拓展以及大学办学水平衡量标准的不断变化,使得高校人才培养的职能日渐式微,严重影响了高校人才培养的质量和水平。各高校必须真正树立以生为本的理念,并从管理队伍建设、师资队伍建设以及评价体系建设等层面着手重塑大学人才培养职能的核心地位,以此保障高校人才培养的质量和水平。

With the continuous expansion of university’s functions and the continuous change of its measure,making the university’s personnel training function is declining,which seriously affect the quality and level of personnel training.Colleges and universities must establish a real health-oriented concept,and from the construct of management ranks,the ranks of teachers and evaluation system,and so on to rebuild the function of personnel training’s core position in the universities,so as to protect the personnel training’s quality and level of colleges and universities’.
