宝石CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉内斑块的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目前认为,冠状动脉病变的严重程度主要是由斑块的稳定性而非大小决定的,因此评价斑块的性质对于冠心病的早期临床诊断、治疗和预防急性冠状动脉事件的发生具有重要意义。目前,评价斑块成分的“金标准”为血管内超声(intravascularultrasound,IVUS).可详细判断斑块的体积、血管壁重塑的状态及斑块的总体特性,但其为有创检查.
