从陶行知的管理思想看当前农村学校的管理

On the Management of Rural Schools from the Perspective of Tao Xingzhi's Management Ideology

三农问题,教育先行。农村教育质量的提升是有效推进新农村建设的重要一环,而农村学校实现民主化、科学化管理是顺利开展学校教育教学工作,促进农村教育现代化发展的有力保证。以陶行知关于农村教育中的学校管理思想为理论依据,立足农村学校管理的实际,从校长为代表、多方参与的学校民主管理机制的建立,办学者的事业心与革新精神,规章制度建设,形成师生民主自治的校风,教育经费的合理使用以及校园学术文化氛围的创设等方面,做一些剖析和探讨。

Rural education is often given priority to among the issues of agriculture, farmers and the rural areas in China. Presently, how tO improve the quality of rural education plays an important role in the construction of new countryside. Democratic and scientific management of rural schools is the great guarantee of school education and rural education mod- ernization. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of current rural school management, this paper, taking Tao Xing- zhi＇s management ideology about rural education as the theoretical basis, makes a profound study on the management of rural schools in the following aspects： a） the establishment of democratic management mechanism of multiparty participa- tion, taking school principal as the legal representative b） dedication to school and innovation spirit of people running schools： c） the establishment of school rules and regulations; d） the improvement of school spirit of teacher--student democratic autonomy e） rational use of educational expenditure and f） the construction of campus academic culture.
