校企合作校内生产性实训基地是工学结合人才培养模式的重要载体,加强基地"内涵"建设,是提高高职人才培养质量和竞争力的有效途径。文章将结合高职院校校内生产性实训基地的建设实践,就当前基地建设和运行过程中存在的问题进行探讨,认为只有先进的生产设备、综合的生产内容、多功能的生产基地、完善的管理制度、高水平的师资队伍、未雨绸缪的建设规划,才是基地可持续发展的基础和保障。
