摘要
目的探索外伤性截瘫患者的护理策略。方法采取呼吸道管理、心理支持、皮肤护理、康复训练等措施,观察患者并发症的恢复及肌力、关节功能的恢复情况。结果治愈合并尿路感染5例,肺部感染7例,骶尾部褥疮3例,12例拄拐行走,5例大小便自理,2例卧床患者无明显恢复。结论科学的护理对策可促进患者恢复,提高生存质量。
Objective Explore the nursing strategy of traumatic paraplegia patients. Methods Adopt the respiratory tract manage- ment, psychological support, skin care, rehabilitation training and other measures, observed in patients with complications of re- covery and muscle strength, joint ftmction restoration. Results Cure 5 cases with urinary tract infection, 7 with pulmonary infec- tion,3 with sacrococcygeal bedsores. 12 cases of crutch walking, 5 self-care. 2 no obvious recovery. Conclusion Scientific nursing can promote the recovery of patients, improve the quality of life.
