关于农产品物流园区选址研究——以黑龙江省为例

Study on Agricultural Logistics Park's Location——A Case Study of Heilongjiang Province

农产品物流园区的合理选址是农产品物流园区建设的基础条件,直接影响了农产品物流园区的投资成本、基础设施建设水平、交通运输承载力和后期的发展规划,关系着农产品物流园区的功能布局与经营管理水平。本文通过分析农产品物流园区选址的众多影响因素,建立了黑龙江省农产品物流园区选址的综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对各个影响因素的重要程度进行排序分析,以期对黑龙江省农产品物流园区的合理选址提供理论借鉴。

Reasonable location for agricultural logistics park is the foundation of the construction of agricultural logistics park,which directly impacts the investment cost of agricultural logistics park,the construct level of infrastructure,the capacity of transportation,and even the future development planning.It also concerns the relationship between agricultural product logistics park layout and its management level.This paper,through analyzing influencing factors of the agricultural logistics park's location,tries to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system for the agricultural logistics park's location in Heilongjiang Province.Ranking analysis of the importance of various factors provides some references about reasonable location for agricultural logistics park in Heilongjiang Province by using various methods of AHP in the paper.
