摘要
人力资源开发对增强区域经济发展竞争力有着非常重要的作用。广西北部湾经济区的发展离不开区域人力资源的智力支持。构建人力资源开发力度指标体系来评价广西北部湾人力资源数量开发、素质开发、结构开发、流动开发的开发程度,从而发现区域人力资源开发中存在的问题,为区域战略目标的实现提供重要的科学依据。
The development of human resources has played an important role in enhancing the competi- tiveness of regional economic development. The development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is inseparable'from the intelligence support of the regional human resources. The paper, working out a measurement index system of human resources development dimension, tries to evaluate the level of human resources in quantity development, quality development, structure development, and flow development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, to discover the problems existing in the regional human resources development, so as to provide important scientific basis in hope of realizing the regional strategic target.
