摘要
为了解种质对甘草生物学特性和主要有效成分含量的影响,研究3种甘草种质在甘肃民勤的种植适宜性及其生物学特性,并检测其甘草酸、甘草苷含量。结果表明,3种甘草中胀果甘草在株高、地上部分鲜重、口径粗度、尾径粗度、根径鲜重方面均为最高且其甘草酸含量最高;甘草的条形要好于另外2种甘草,甘草苷含量最高,且甘草的2种有效成分含量达标率最高。因此,在甘肃民勤,胀果甘草亩产量比较高,甘草酸含量较高但甘草苷含量较低,可用于种植提取甘草酸,甘草的甘草酸含量和甘草苷含量较高,符合药典标准,且条形较好,可用于传统饮片生产。
To evaluate the cultivation suitability of three glycyrrhiza species in Gansu Minqin, we studied the biological characteristics and effective substance contents of three kinds of species planted in Gansu Minqin. Among the three species, the diameter of root head, root end and the fresh weight of G. inflate are the highest, and the content of glycyrrhizic acid is the highest. The root quality of G uralensis is the best, and the content of liquiritin is the highest. The glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin contents of G uralensis are the highest in meeting the pharmacopoeia standard. In Gansu Mingqin, the acre yield and glycyrrhizic acid content of G inflate are the high- est, but the content of liquiritin is relatively low, so G inflate can be planted for glycyrrhizic acid extraction. The glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin contents of G uralensis are relatively high, which could reach the pharmacopeia standard, and its root quality is the best, therefore, G uralensis can be planted for traditional Chinese medicine.
