环氧乙烷低温灭菌方法及灭菌效果监测

Methods of low temperature sterilization by ethylene oxide and monitoring of the sterilization effects

目的:探讨纯环氧乙烷(EO)对医疗物品灭菌效果的可靠性及其使用的可行性。方法:采用化学监测及生物监测方法对医疗物品灭菌效果进行监测。结果:环氧乙烷灭菌器的设定灭菌程序能清楚记录灭菌日期、温度、湿度和时间等参数,程序运行正常。灭菌器内输送纯环氧乙烷气体,以1000mg/L用量进行灭菌处理,所有包外化学指示胶带由黄色条纹变为橘红色条纹,包内3M化学指示卡由深粉色变为绿色,达到灭菌合格的标准颜色。我院连续对50锅次220个经EO灭菌后的灭菌包进行灭菌效果检测,合格率达100%。结论:纯环氧乙烷低温灭菌效果可靠、操作简单、使用安全,适用于医院畏湿、畏热医疗器械与物品的灭菌消毒。

Objective：To discuss the reliability of EO’s sterilization effects on medical goods and the feasibility of using EO.Methods：chemical monitoring and biological monitoring methods to monitor the sterilization effects on medical goods.Results：The procedures of EO sterilization can clearly record the parameters of the sterilization in terms of date,temperature,humidity and time,the program is running normally.When conveying the purified EO gas in the sterilizer and using a 1 000mg / L dosage for sterilization,all the package of chemical indicator tapes will turn from yellow stripes into orange-red stripes,and the chemical indicator in the package will turn from dark pink into green,and finally turn into the standard colors that confirm sterilization has been achieved.Our hospital continuously detects the sterilization effects on 220 sterilization packages sterilized by EO in 50 pots,the pass rate is 100%.Conclusion： Low temperature sterilization with EO is reliable,simple to operate and safe to use,can be used for sterilizing medical equipment and items which are likely to become wet and hot.
