Discussion on the Development of Nuclear Power in Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi Provinces

阐述了中国中部湘鄂赣三省发展核电的必要性、可行性,发展核电的条件与现状,提出了加快中部三省核电发展须统筹谋划核电选址工作,形成良好开发格局;抢抓核电市场机遇,打造核产业链;加强核电项目管理,应对电力市场竞争;完善地方政策法规,扶持核电发展四项措施。

The necessity, feasibility, the condition and present situation for the nuclear power development in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces are described. Four measures put forward with to develop nuclear power are as follows： speeding up the overall plan on location of nuclear power in these three provinces to form favorable development pattern, seizing opportunities for nuclear power market to create nuclear industry chain, strengthening the management of nuclear power projects to cope with the power market competition, improving local policies and regulations to support the devel- opment of nuclear power.
