Influence of Grid Precision in Finite Element Method on Calculation of Concrete Thermal Temperature and Thermal Stress Field——An example of Dam Construction

摘要 利用ANSYS热分析模块,采用APDL语言编写的二次开发程序模拟施工期大坝混凝土浇筑过程。建立平面及三维大体积混凝土浇筑块模型,通过依次加密各方向有限元网格,计算瞬态温度场和温度应力场,分析网格精度对温度及温度应力场的影响,并提出满足工程精度需要的有限元网格大小,为该类有限元计算提供参考。 Dam concrete placing procedure is simulated by means of secondary developed program in APDL and ANSYS thermal module. 2D & 3D FEM placing mass are established by increasing density of FEM in all directions. Simultane- ous thermal temperature and stress fields are calculated to analyze the influence of grid precision in FEM of concrete thermal temperature and stress field. And the sizes of FEM met the requirements of project precision are presented which gives references on similar FEM calculation.
