摘要
介绍了进度管理及其控制体系,总结了长江三峡升船机工程进度管理的相关方法、技术及经验。针对三峡升船机复建工程工期紧、交叉作业干扰大、技术质量要求高等特点,以计算机软件为载体,PDCA循环管理模式为基础,ABB矩阵式管理体系为组织,保证了升船机工程进度受控。
Project progress management and its control system are introduced and the related methods, technologies and experiments of the progress management of the TGP's shiplift project are summarized. According to shiplift features char- acterized by tight reconstruction schedule, severely interference during the cross activity and high quality requirements, the control of the shiplift project reconstruction progress can be ensured by the employment of computer software as a car- rier, the PDCA circulation as a foundation and ABB matrix management system as framework.
