摘要
从少数民族地区的特点出发,分析水资源开发过程中的移民安置问题,基于水电工程移民具有被动性强、自然依存度高等特征及现存问题的分析,提出了建立民族地区移民可持续生存和发展的长效机制的思路和建议。
Immigration resettlement issues in the process of water resources development has the features of strong pas- siveness and high dependence on natural. Some existing problems are analyzed and long-term mechanism and suggestion for establishing sustainable existence and development in immigration of ethnic region are presented.
