摘要
网络购物的迅猛发展在给人们带来便利的同时,也出现了诸如网络欺诈之类侵犯消费者合法权益的现象。本文通过分析我国网络购物的现状,针对网络购物中存在的问题,提出应当从立法、执法、司法和信用体系建设等方面加强对消费者的保护,以期为消费者营造一个良好的网络交易环境。
Online shopping has brought convenience to people, it has also network fraud at the same time, which have consumers infringed upon rights. By analyzing the status of online shopping, the author suggests that the legislative, executive, judicial and credit system are very importment factors to strengthen consumer protection. We should strive to protect the legitimate interests of consumers.
