摘要
目的分析伍家医院门诊患者阴道分泌物的病原菌检出率并研究阴道清洁度情况。方法对门诊2010年5月至2011年5月女性2 293例,进行阴道分泌物常规检查。通过盐水涂片法查找滴虫,进行革兰染色判断清洁度及检查念珠菌、线索细胞。通过多胺法检测细菌性阴道病(BV)。结果清洁度Ⅰ度占21.2%,Ⅱ度占42.3%,Ⅲ度占23.9%,Ⅳ度占12.6%;念珠菌感染占16.8%,滴虫感染占12.7%,念珠菌和滴虫混合感染占0.3%,BV阳性占20.1%,BV弱阳性占6.1%。结论对阴道分泌物进行常规检测,能够快速、简便筛查女性的性传播疾病和常见的外阴及阴道感染性疾病。
Objective To analyze detection rate of the pathogen of outpatients＇ vaginal discharge and to re search vaginal cleanness in WuJia hospital. Methods From May 2010 to May 2011,2 293 women were performed for vaginal routine inspection. Trichomonad was searched by brine smear, cleanness was judged by gram stain and candida albicans ,clues cells were checked. Bacterial vaginosis（BV） was detected by whiff test. Results The rates of cleanness ofⅠ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , Ⅳ degree were 21. 2%, 42. 30%, 23. 9% and 12. 6%, respectively. Candida Albicans infection was 16.8% ,trichomonad infection was 12.7%, candida albieans and trichomonad mixed infection accounted for 0.3%, positive rate of BV was 20.1% ,weak positive rate of BV was 6.1%. Conclusion The vaginal discharge routine tes- ting can quickly and easily screen the sexually transmitted diseases and common vulva and vaginal infectious diseases of women.
