乳腺癌肝脏转移分子生物学机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,肿瘤晚期易出现复发或远处转移,其中肝脏转移为乳腺癌晚期转移的第3位。肿瘤转移是一种多基因、多分子共同参与、多阶段演进的复杂生物学过程,"归巢理论"认为器官特异性趋化某些肿瘤细胞的转移。乳腺癌转移是肿瘤细胞与机体相互选择、共同作用的结果,一方面侵袭力强的肿瘤细胞容易转移,另一方面转移的肿瘤细胞在靶器官微环境的影响下.肿瘤细胞表现为易侵袭部分脏器,即转移器官的亲嗜性。本文从乳腺癌肝脏转移的乳腺癌细胞亚型以及肝脏对乳腺癌细胞的选择性分析,就近期关于乳腺癌肝脏转移的相关分子生物学机制研究做一综述。
