摘要
采用不同纯化方法制备大豆凝集素,其产率略有不同,其中采用N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺-Epoxy-Sepharose6B法制备产率最高,且N-乙酰基-D-半乳糖胺对大豆凝集素的亲和力较高,所制备的大豆凝集素活性测定与标准品一致,试验结果表明,该法是目前制备大豆凝集素的最优方法。
Different purification methods to prepare soybean agglutinin and its yield were slightly different, preparation production rate was the highest, when used the N acetyl D-galactose amine-Epoxy-Sepharose 6B and the N acetyl D-galactose amine on soybean agglutinin affinity is higher, the activity between the preparation of soybean agglutinin and standard had no different. The test results showed that the method was the best method for the preparation of soybean agglutinin.
