摘要
团队层面是企业进行组织知识活动的关键环节,团队领导特征则会在一定程度上影响团队层面的知识活动。本文立足于天津市文化创意型企业中的研发团队,从知识分享的角度来探讨团队层面的共享领导和团队绩效之间的内在关系。通过167份样本的分析,研究发现:共享领导对团队绩效有着积极的影响,而知识分享在其中发挥着中介作用。
The team level is a key part of organizing knowledge activities for enterprises, while team leadership may affect knowledge activities in the team level. Based on the R&D team in Tianjin cultural and creative enterprises, the article explores the relationship between shared leadership and team performance from the perspective of knowledge sharing. By analyzing the 167 questionnaires, it finds that shared leadership has a positive impact on team performance and knowledge sharing plays a mediating role.
