冠心病患者PCI及CABG术后的急性期反应时间的比较 被引量：2

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）已成为当前危及人类健康的严重疾病,目前对于该病的有创治疗措施主要包括经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）和外科的冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）.PCI的特点是创伤小,机体应激反应较小,患者恢复快,其操作技术目前越来越成熟[2].CABG术需要开胸,创伤大,患者恢复时间长,机体应激反应往往强烈.机体在感染、大手术、组织损伤、炎症等应激原可诱发机体产生快速反映,如体温升高,血糖升高,分解代谢增强,负氮平衡及血浆中某些蛋白质浓度迅速变化等,这种反应称为急性期反应,这些蛋白称为急性期反应蛋白（AP）.
