冠状动脉内支架置入治疗冠状动脉痉挛1例

摘要 患者女性,53岁,因发作性心前区不适1年,加重伴胸痛2 h急诊入院.患者胸痛发作时有濒死感,出虚汗.否认有冠心病、高血压和糖尿病等病史.体格检查：脉搏80 次/min,血压120/70 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）;口唇微紫绀,心率80 次/min,律齐,心音低钝,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音.心电图示：窦性心律,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联ST段抬高0.05～0.25 mV,V2～V6导联T波高尖（图1）.肌钙蛋白T：0.02 μg/L,肌钙蛋白I：0.04 μg/L,肌酸激酶同工酶-MB：8 u/L,考虑急性冠脉综合征,立即收住心血管内科.
