合并慢性肾脏疾病急性冠脉综合征的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 急性冠脉综合征（ACS）指冠状动脉不稳定斑块发生破裂、血栓形成,引起急性心肌缺血的一组临床综合征.ACS是动脉粥样硬化病变在心脏血管的典型表现,动脉硬化作为一种全身动脉系统疾病,常同时合并肾脏血管改变.特别是当前人口老龄化加速,合并慢性肾脏疾病（CKD）的ACS患者日益增多,因此,ACS患者的临床表现和预后更加复杂,治疗选择也更加困难.本文就CKD对ACS的进展及预后的影响、合并CKD的ACS治疗进展等方面进行了综述,现报告如下.
