清洁压裂液在七里村采油厂的应用

摘要 根据国内外关于压裂液和表面活性剂的研究成果,运用表面化学、流变学和说理压裂工程等多学科知识和方法来解决清洁压裂液的理论与实践问题。研究了较完整的清洁压裂液体系及其应用技术:清洁压裂液的组成和配方,清洁压裂液的性能,清洁压裂液的成胶机理等。最终开发出能适用于油矿实际的清洁压裂液体系及应用技术,解决胍尔胶压裂液对地层伤害较大的缺点,使油矿低渗透油藏的压裂增产效果获得提高。将清洁压裂液应用到延长油矿七里村采油厂的16口井中,成功率达100%。 According to the research resuhs of the fracturing fluid and surfactant at home and abroad, useing the multi-disciplinary knowledge and methods of the surface chemistry, rheology and reasoning fracturing engineering to solve the problems of the theory and prac- tice of clean fracturing fluid. It studied completely clean fracturing fluid system and its ap- plication technology: the composition and formula of clean fracturing fluid, the performance of clean fracturing fluid, the gelation mechanism of clean fracturing fluid. Finally developed a clean fracturing fluid systems and application technology, which can apply to the actual oil field, solve the guanidine Seoul gel fracturing fluid large disadvantage of the formation dam- age, the oil fields low permeability reservoir fracture stimulation-effective access to improved. Clean fracturing fluid is applied to the 16 wells of the Qilicun oil production plant, the success rate of 100 %.
