摘要
在100mL固定床实验装置上,考察了反应条件对催化裂化(FCC)干气芳构化反应的影响并对反应过程进行了热力学计算。结果表明:在优化反应条件下,FCC干气芳构化能得到(占乙烯进料)60%~70%的高辛烷值汽油调合组分,每摩尔进料的反应放热量为10.41kJ,绝热温升为169.72℃。
the influence of the FCC dry gas aromatization reaction was investigated on a 100 mL fixed bed apparatus and the thermodynamic calculations was carried out. The results show that:The yield of the high-octane gasoline blending components was over 60 % (equivalent to ethylene feed) under the optimize reaction conditions, reaction heat release was 10.41 kJ/ mol, adiabatic temperature rise was 169.72 ℃.
