摘要
对直流纹波注入的概念进行了介绍,在此基础上对基于多电平注入式的新型电流源型变换器进行了分析,并且基于PSCAD/EMTDC的软件环境下进行了仿真分析。通过对九电平注入仿真波形的分析,总结了此新型拓扑结构和仿真波形特点,给出了具体的触发方法。此新型电流源型变换器融合了多电平、谐波注入和软开关的技术,不仅为主桥开关的切换提供了安全可靠的零电流条件,而且具有很好的谐波抑制能力,减少了交流侧安装大容量交流电容作为吸收电路的不便。由于注入电流的多级变换,所以减少了对注入开关容量的要求。
The concept of dc-ripple injection was introduced firstly. Then the new current source converter based on the multi-level reinjecfion was analyzed, whose simulation was conducted by PSCAD/EMTDC. The characteristics of the new topology and simulation waveforms was obtained by analyzing the simulated waveforms of nine-level reinjecfion, the specific trigger method was also given. The new source converter merge technique of multi-level, harmonic injection and so~ switching, not only could provide the steady zero current condition to the main bridge switches, but also give the great ability of harmonic suppression, which could reduce the inconvenience of installing the large capacity exchange capacitance as absorbing circuit. Due to the multi-level conversion, the converter could reduce the requirement for current capacity of reinjection circuit's switching elements.
