摘要
通过探讨梅州沙田柚的深加工产业现状,根据沙田柚的加工技术、品牌推广的实际,结合沙田柚的营养功效和产业现状,提出沙田柚深加工产业发展概念和品牌化的发展方向。
This paper explored the deep processing industry status quo of Meizhou Citrus grandis. According to Shatian pomelo pro- cessing technology, the actual brand promotion, and combining the nutritional effects of Shatinyu and the industry situation, the devel- opment concept of Citrus grandis deep processing industry and the direction of brand development were proposed.
