摘要
目的研究频率为3 GHz的平面微波照射下培养板中细胞样品的剂量分布。方法和模型采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)计算六孔板中2 ml/孔细胞样品的比吸收率(SAR)。微波源为线极化波,极化和入射分别沿垂直、水平方向共8种照射条件。结果给出了不同照射条件下细胞悬液和细胞单层平均SAR及孔间、孔内SAR均匀性和分布图,以及模型简化引入平均SAR的计算误差。结论离体细胞样品对微波的吸收效率和剂量均匀性随入射和极化方向的不同而不同,生物学效应实验设计必须建立在准确的剂量学评估基础之上。
Objective To study the specific absorption rate(SAR) distribution of cell samples in a cell culture plate exposed to 3GHz plane microwaves. Methods The finite difference time domain (FDTD) was performed to calculate the SAR of 2 ml/well cell samples in a 6-well cell culture plate. The effect of different orientation and polarization of linear polarized wave on cell samples was evaluated. Results The average SAR, SAR distribution and homogeneity of cells in suspension and monolayers under different conditions were determined. The error of SAR values based on meniscus and nonmeniscus models was provided. Conclusion The SAR value and homogeneity vary widely with orientation and polarization n so that the design of bio-effect experiments should be based on accurate dosimetfic evaluation.
