A case of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans

摘要临床资料患者，女，46岁，因腰部皮损4年，逐渐增人，偶伴腰痛于2011年6月28日来我科就诊。患者4年前无明显诱因腰部出现蚕豆大结节，尢明显自觉症状，未予特殊治疗。此后皮损逐渐增大，并偶伴腰痛，遂于2011年6月28日来我科门诊就诊。
