摘要临床资料例1．男，3岁，因怕热无汗、全身毛发稀疏、牙齿发育不全，于2010年5月13日入院就诊。患儿自出生后开始发热，体温最高可达39．7℃。体温随外界温度变化而变化，天气炎热时体温升高明显。患儿出生时头发及眉毛稀少，出牙迟，1岁后开始出牙，恒牙稀，吐字不清，伴口干、无泪。因不明原因发热、
