Based on the development of combat misions of U. S. submarine, a survey for the developing types of U. S. Submarine- launched UAV in the different times is introduced. The developing trend of submarine-launched UAV and its combat misions and combat em- ployment manners and the covert launch adaptation for the UAV are analyzed, and thereby some helpful enlightenments about the develop- ment of Submarine-launched UAV are further presented.
