血液透析患者发生低血压的相关因素分析

Analysis on the relevant factors of Hypotension in the patients applying Hemodialysis

目的探讨血液透析过程中发生低血压的相关因素。方法回顾性分析在进行血液透析过程中发生发作性低血压的45例患者的临床资料。结果糖尿病肾病患者低血压发生率为27．94％；60岁以上较60岁以下，常温标准透析液较低温高钠透析液，阶梯式超滤模式较恒定、BVM控制超滤模式，超滤量〉3kg较超滤量〈3kg的患者低血压发生率高（χ2=9．87、81．22、171．02、130．12，均P〈0．01）。结论原发病、年龄、温度、透析液钠浓度、超滤模式及超滤量均与低血压的发生有关。

Objective To explore the relevant factors of hypotension in the patients applied hemodialysis. Methods 45 patients who had intradialytic hypotension in our dialysis room were selected for the analysis. Results The patients with diabetic nephropathy, the elderly, high temperature, hyponatremia, higher uhrafihration volume, stepwise uhrafihration and the constant ultrafihration showed higher incidence of hypotension during hemodialysis（χ2 =9.87,81.22,171.02,130.12,all P 〈0.01）.
