多功能热泵机组的实验研究

摘要 基于多功能热泵机组单独制热水模式,通过对吸气压力、排气压力和排气温度3个极限工作参数的合理控制,分析其热水平均温度、压缩比、加热能力等参数在机组运行过程中的变化情况。结果显示:机组整个加热过程时间长达180 min,压缩比随热水温度整体变化趋势逐渐增大,其初始加热能力较好,但之后长时间加热能力总体变化趋势下降,在第三阶段末加热能力只有0.38 kW。 Based on the multi-function heat pump unit's alone hot water supply mode,three working limit'parameters, including suction pressure, discharge pressure and discharge temperature are reasonably controlled; The changes of parameters, such as the average temperature of hot water, compression ratio and the heating capacity, are analyzed. The results show that the heating process of the unit lasted 180 minutes, the compression ratio increased gradually with hot water temperature changing in the overall trend; The initial heating capacity was better, but the overall trend of prolonged heating ability is declined, with only 0.38 k W of heating capacity at the end of the third stage.
