摘要
在煤矿的工作面生产中,刮板运输机(俗称溜子)的作用非常重要,它是确保煤矿高产高效的关键因素。本文从溜子的组成部分、工作原理出发,对组成部分中易发生故障的部件进行了分析,介绍了其维修方法,并在汝阳天泽金鼎煤业中推广应用,多年来没发生事故。
In the working face production of coal mine, the role of scraper conveyor （ commonly known as Liuzi） become very important, it is key factors to ensure high yield and high efficiency of the coal mine. This article from the constituent part, work principle of scraper conveyor, analyzed the components which was easily to have fault, introduces its maintenance methods and applied in Ruyang Tianze Jinding coal mining, for many years the accident never happened.
