摘要
机头传动装置是带式输送机的主要传动部件和动力来源,由于其稳定性、抗拉性直接关系到煤矿的正常生产,因而机头传动装置的合理改进,一直是各个煤矿和带式输送机制造厂家普遍重视的问题。本文通过对输送机机头原设计方案的研究和对井下带式输送机工作环境的分析,发现机头传动装置原设计方案存在的缺陷和不足,并提出了合理的解决方案,优化了设计。
Head transmission device is the main transmission components and the power source of belt conveyor. Because its stability and tensile strength are directly related to the current production in coal mine, the reasonable improvement of transmission device has always been attracted among every coal mines and belt conveyor manufacturers. In this article, the original design of conveyor head and the working environment of underground belt conveyor were studied and analyzed. Some defects and the insufficiency were found in the design for head transmission device. Moreover puts forward the reasonable solution and optimizes the design
